摘要

讨论了脉冲磁控真空计设计中与磁场相关的问题

包括磁场配置及可产生稳定的磁控放电所必须满足的着火条件;给出了所设计的磁场下某些型号真空灭弧室的压强—离子流曲线。

Abstract

Problems associated with the magnetic field in design of a impulse magnetic field-controlled vacuum meter are introduced

including the magnetic field distribution and the ignation conditions for stable magnetic field controlled di-scharge. Electric strength-ion flow curves for some types of vacuum interrupters with the designed magnetic field are given.
