真空灭弧室开断大电流后的绝缘劣化

通过实验研究了三种不同触头材料的真空灭弧室在作大电流开断操作后冲击耐压水平的下降情况后发现
随着开断电流的增大
弧后冲击耐压水平逐渐降低.当开断电流接近真空灭弧室的极限开断电流时
冲击绝缘水平有较大幅度的下降;采用工频电压作用下的高压火花老炼处理
可以使尚未达到电寿命极限的真空灭弧室的冲击耐压水平基本得到恢复.
Abstract
The reduction in impulse withstanding voltage level of vacuum in-terrupters of three types with different contact materials after interruption of high currents is investigated on the basis of experiments. It is found that with increasing of the breaking currents
the postarc impulse withstanding voltage become low; as the current approaches the breaking current limit of the vacuum interrupter
an abrupt decrease occures. By means of HV a. c. spark conditioning
the impulse withstanding voltage level can be basically recovered for vacuum interrupters which have not reached their electric withstanding life limit.
