摘要

根据指数波响应

可以计算数字仪的冲击响应和冲击测量误差。计算的准确度取决于指数波发生器的准确度

而后者和电阻、电容的准确度和回路的杂散电感有关。经分析和计算表明

所制作的指数波发生器的准确度约为0.2％

因而可以用作标准信号源。

Abstract

According to its exponential wave responses

the impulse measurement errors of a digitizer can be calculated.The calculation accuracy depends on the accuracy of the exponential wave generator

which is associated with the accuracies of resistor and capacitor and the stray inductance in the generator circuit.The calculation results show that a developed exponential wave generator is only with error 0.2%

and so can be used as a standard signal source.
