摘要

计算和分析了瓷柱式真空灭弧室的内部电场

同时经冲击耐压试验证明:瓷柱被金属蒸气污染是造成此种结构灭弧室容易发生内击穿的原因。

Abstract

The internal electric field in vacuum interrupter with the shield supported by ceramic supporters is calculated and analysed. The results show that the cause of the breakdown in this type of interrupter is the contamination of metal vapor on the surface of ceramic supporters.
