Abstract
The ionization and attachment coefficients (α
η)have been measured by using the steady state Townsend method (SST)with different pressure and humidity. The influence of humidity on air insulation strength and the relation between α
η and atmospheric pressure and humidity were analysed. The synthetical effect of humidity and pressure was proposed to revise correctly the air discharge voltage values.
