摘要

本文概要介绍盘式分流器的特点及优良性能

并报道已研制成的阶跃响应上升时间小于0.3ns的盘式分流器。

Abstract

This paper describes briefly the features and its excellent performances.The developed disc shunt has 0.3ns rise time of step response.Such shunts could be used to measure higher current impulse with steep front
