介绍一套冲击电压数字测量系统所采用的多项抗干扰措施
并对测量系统静态特性和电阻衰减器的动态响应进行了测试;还介绍了冲击电压数字信号的处理软件。
Abstract
This work established a digital measuring system of impulse voltage. Some means for preventing high electromagnetic interference were adppted in the system
and the magnitude of the actual deflection of impulse voltage. The static properties of the system and the dynamic properties of the input resistant attenuator were measured. Software for processing the digital signal of impulse voltage was developed. By means of the established digital measuring system
the paper measured actual impulse voltages and compared the results with the ones measured by a HV oscilloscope and a peak voltmeter. The results by both methods were consistent.
