relative humidity as well as humidity ratio.The purpose is to clarify the mistakes and confusions in choosing humidity parameters used in high altitude external insulation research.A psychrometric chart used at nonstandard atmospheric condition is proposed in order to replace the similar figure in 1EC standard and National Standard GB311.
