带电作业是确保特高压输电线路安全稳定运行的关键技术,进出等电位脉冲电流幅值与能量特征是带电作业中确定电磁干扰特性的基础参数。为此现场实测1000 kV进出等电位脉冲电流,首先通过波形特征值提取算法统计电流特征量,分析转移电荷与作用积分和电流幅值的关系;然后基于HHT研究电流频域能量特征,探讨频率范围及能量强度。结果表明:峰值电流主要分布在[-500,500
]
A;上升时间、脉冲间隔、脉宽、转移电荷及作用积分的算术平均值分别为0.020 μs、1.72 ms、0.96 μs、1.45 mC、0.127 A

s;转移电荷与作用积分均表现出和电流幅值幂函数相关的特性。特征频率主要分布在[6,15

MHz,在24 MHz附近,频率能量达到峰值,最高峰值能量可达5 dB;脉冲电流的频域特征峰与电流幅值之间具有一致性和强关联性,可为进出等电位作业的人员和设备的防护提供参考。
The pulse current amplitude and energy characteristics are the basic parameters for determining the electromagnetic interference characteristics in the field of live working
which is a key technology to ensure the safe and stable operation of UHV transmission lines. To this end
1000 kV inlet and outlet equipotential pulse current is measured on site
firstly
the current eigenquantities are counted by waveform eigenvalue extraction algorithm
and the relationship between the transferred charge and the action integral and current amplitude is analysed; then
based on the HHT
we study the energy characteristics of the current in the frequency domain
and explore the frequency range and energy intensity. The results show that: the peak current is mainly distributed in [-500
500
]

with the highest peak energy of up to 5 dB. The consistency and strong correlation between the characteristic frequency-domain peaks of the pulsed currents and the current amplitude can provide a reference for the protection of personnel and equipment entering and exiting equipotential operations.
