液压机构油泵频繁启动原因分析及对策
摘要
断路器液压机构频繁启动是常见的一种缺陷
其原因之一是低压油回路中有空气
影响油泵建压效率。以往的处理方法是通过油泵低压侧排气来恢复正常打压
而这种方法并没有从根本上解决问题
仍会周期性地重复发生。针对这一问题
笔者对空气产生原因、对油泵效率的影响进行了分析
继而提出了制作自动排气装置来针对性的解决办法
并取得了实际成果。
Abstract
Frequent start of hydraulic mechanism of a circuit breaker is usually caused by the air in the control loop of oil pump. The author analyzes the source and the effect of the air on the efficiency of oil pump
and suggests making an auto-exhaust valve to solve the problem. Application verifies the suggestion.
