摘要

针对变电所调换高压隔离开关的过程中

隔离开关机构箱的精确定位十分困难

而且调换过程中费时费力、存在安全隐患等问题

笔者提出制作一个相关的专用工具

来提高隔离开关机构箱的安装质量及安装时的工作效率。通过一系列的方案对比和试验

最后研制出了专用工具

达到了提高设备安装质量

省时省力并消除安全隐患的效果。

Abstract

The paper describes the research and manufacture progress of special tools for the high voltage disconnector

which based on serials project and test comparison

and a set of special tools have been manufactured at last.With the special tools

the worker could overcome the problem for mechanism accurate location during disconnector installation and enhance work efficiency and safety level at the same time.
