摘要

文中以电磁铁为研究对象

介绍了电磁铁在断路器弹簧操动机构中的作用。根据螺管式电磁铁具体结构

对其磁路进行了分析计算

并对其气隙磁势、磁通、磁感应强度和吸力进行了分析

最后结合实验对其时间特性进行了讨论

为电磁铁的计算和特性优化提供参考。

Abstract

This article takes electromagnet as the research objectives and introduce the function of electromagnet in circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism.According to the specific structure of the solenoid electromagnet

the magnetic circuit of the electromagnet is calculated

and its magnetic potential

magnetic flux

magnetic induction intensity and suction force are analyzed.Finally

the time characteristics of the electromagnet are discussed in combination with experiments

which provides a reference for the calculation and optimization of the electromagnet ’ s characteristics.
