Spiral spring contact finger is one of the key parts of high voltage switchgear and plays a crucial role in the performance of high voltage switchgear. In view of such bottleneck as high conductivity but low strength and hardness performance of existing brand of Cr-Zr-Cu spring contact finger
a kind of new-type Cr-Zr-Cu spiral spring contact finger with fiber reinforced high strength and high conductivity is produced by designing Cr-Zr-Cu alloy formula with high Cr content (10%-18%)
combining with in-situ generation fiber technology and using such multiple material reinforcement modes as deformation strengthening
solid-solution strengthening and interface strengthening. The result shows that the tensile strength
conductivity and micro vickers hardness of the new-type Cr-Zr-Cu spring contact finger reach 791 MPa
