is discussed in detail. The experimental results show that when the graphene/gold and graphene/platinum heterostructures adsorb H
2
S or SO
2
gas
the peak or reduction of resistivity variation rate has occurred. The further studies show that the specific position of the adsorption peak of the curve of heterogeneous resistivity variation rate is determined by the Fermi energy difference between the graphene and metal
and the gas sensitive response strength is determined by the Fermi energy difference between the graphene and metal and the work function of metal together. Based on the relevant theoretical basis
