变压器本体降噪是电网公司和制造厂家注重解决的问题。变压器铁心振动是变压器噪声主要来源,而铁心接缝的振动噪声不容忽视。文中通过对变压器接缝区域进行硅钢单片级建模,不同步进搭接形式、搭接宽度、每级叠片数进行仿真计算,分析了接缝区域穿片磁通引起的洛伦兹力对铁心振动的影响,从微观的角度提出了基于接缝形式的减振降噪处理方法。通过夹紧力试验,进一步验证了洛伦兹力对振动噪声的影响,为变压器本体降噪提供了有效的理论支撑。
Noise reduction in transformer proper is a key issue that both power grid companies and manufacturers focus on addressing. The main source of transformer noise is from the core vibration
while the vibration and noise at the core joints shall also not be ignored. In this paper
through modeling the single silicon steel at the transformer joint area
the different lapping forms
lapping width and the number of laminations at each stage are simulated and calculated
the influence of Lorentz force on the core vibration due to the magnetic flux passing through the joint area is analyzed
and the method of vibration reduction and noise reduction based on the joint form is proposed from the microscopic perspective. The influence of Lorentz force on vibration noise is further verified through clamping force test
which provides effective theoretical support for noise reduction of transformer.
