气体密度变化会影响电器设备绝缘能力。故需依靠密度传感器监控SF
6
气体是否发生泄漏及泄漏程度。定期校准是验证传感器性能的重要环节。但现有校验仪只在常温下完成校验,这与传感器工况存在差异,可能无法暴露隐患,因此出现了全温校验需求。然而,现有装置自动化程度低,校验点越多,校验时间越长。并且SF
6
气体密度传感器用量越来越多,全温校验将导致校验时间等开销大幅增加。为此,文中通过分析变温校准实现过程,提出了一种高效的自动变温校准系统方案,设计了它的软件及硬件,并开展了变温校准应用实践。结果表明,文中研制的自动变温度校准装置,不仅能发现低温时存在的问题,而且自动化程度高,可大幅节省人力资源开销。文中的研究能为变温度校准技术的推广应用提供重要的借鉴,可为电力系统安全运行提供更好的保障。
Variations in SF
6
gas density can affect the insulation capacity of electrical equipment. Therefore
it is necessary to rely on density sensors to monitor the leakage and lekage extent of SF
6
gas. Regular calibration is an important step in verifying performance of the sensors. However
the existing calibrators can only perform calibr
ation at room temperature
which is different from the sensor operating conditions and may not be able to expose potential problem Therefore
the need for full-temperature calibration has emerged. However
the existing devices have a low automation level
multiple verification points and longer verification times. Furthermore
the usage of SF
6
gas density sensors is increasing
and the full-temperature calibration will result in a significant increase in calibration time and other costs. Therefore
in this paper an efficient automatic variable temperature calibration system scheme is proposed by way of analyzing the implementation process of variable temperature calibration
its software and hardware are designed and the variable temperature calibration application practice is performed. The results show that the automatic variable temperature calibration device developed in this papercan not only find problems at low temperatures
but also have a high degree of automation
which can greatly save human resource expenses. The research in this paper can provide important reference for the promotion and application of variable temperature calibration technology
and can provide better guarantees for safe operation of power system.
