针对气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备GIS(gas-insulated switchgear)内部机械缺陷难以通过外部振动信号实现定量识别的问题,开展了面向三维薄壳壳体的振动源定位与动载荷重构研究。构建以模态空间为核心的联合反演框架,利用物理信息高斯过程PIGP(physics-informed gaussian process)并结合由有限元振型组成的空间形状字典,对模态力进行鲁棒重构;在振源寻优中引入基于模态能量分布的物理约束,联合遗传算法GA(genetic algorithm)实现载荷作用位置的全局搜索。基于GIS壳体有限元模型与真型实验平台,在不同激励路径、背景振动及噪声条件下获取加速度响应数据,对定位误差和载荷时程重构结果进行对比分析。结果表明,该联合反演方法在稀疏测点和多源干扰条件下仍能稳定识别内部激励位置及其主导时程特征,可为GIS机械缺陷的物理溯源与定量评估提供有效技术途径。
To address the difficulty of quantitatively identifying internal mechanical defects in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) through external vibration signals
a study on vibration source localization and dynamic load reconstruction for three-dimensional thin enclosures is performed. A joint inversion framework centered on modal space analysis is constructed
in which a physics-informed Gaussian process (PIGP) combined with a finite-element-mode-based spatial shape dictionary is used to perform constrained reconstruction of modal forces. In the vibration source optimization
a physical constraint based on modal energy distribution is introduced and integrated with a genetic algorithm (GA) to achieve global optimization of the load application position. Based on a GIS enclosure finite element model and a full-scale experimental platform
the acceleration response data is acquired under different excitation paths
background vibrations
and noise conditions
and the localization accuracy as well as the reconstructed load time histories are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the proposed joint inversion method can still stably identify internal excitation locations and their dominant temporal characteristics under sparse measurement points and multisource interference
providing an effective technical approach for physical tracing and quantitative evaluation of GIS mechanical defects.
