为了研究均压环断裂和倾斜对复合绝缘子电场和电位的影响,以FXB3-110/100型复合绝缘子为研究对象,采用有限元分析法在ANSYS中建立复合绝缘子物理模型并进行仿真。通过改变均压环断裂位置和倾斜角度对其进行建模,再通过有限元分析法研究其对电场分布的影响。结果表明:不论高压侧还是低压侧的均压环的断裂和缺失,都会使该侧的场强激增而对侧的场强骤降。均压环断裂使得电位向两端集中,当均压环全部断裂致使脱落时,高低压侧前3%~5%的泄露距离承担了60%的电压降。发生复合绝缘子均压环的倾斜时,对电场的影响主要向绝缘子串中部集中而并非高低压两端,高角度的均压环倾斜会使场强增大40%左右,不利于复合绝缘子的安全运行。
To study the influence of grading ring fracture and inclination on electric field and potential distribution of composite insulators
the FXB3-110/100 composite insulator is taken as the research object . A physical model of the composite insulator is set up in ANSYS using the finite element method
and simulations are performed. The grading ring is modeled by changing its fracture position and inclination angle
and its influence on electric field distribution is then studied by the finite element analysis method. The results show that the fracture and absence of the grading ring on either high-voltage side or low-voltage side will cause the field strength of that side to increase and the field strength of the opposite side to drop abruptly. The grading rng fracture makes the potential concentrate on both sides. When the grading ring is completely fractured and falls off
the first 3% to 5% of the leakage distance on the high and low voltage sides carries 60% of the voltage drop. In case of inclination of the grading ring of composite insulator
the influence to the electric field mainly concentrates in the middle of the insulator string rather than the high and low voltage ends. A large inclination angle of the grading ring will increase the electric field intensity by about 40%
which is determental to the safe operation of the composite insulators.
