针对电力系统中无法直接在线监测断路器刚分刚合点的问题,文中提出了一种基于短时能量与声压复合分析法的刚分刚合点计算方法。通过加速度传感器采集断路器的振动信号后,首先利用声压信号确定刚分刚合点的区域范围,再通过短时能量与预设阈值的首次交点精确定位刚分刚合点。此方法有效解决了传统计算方法由于操作机构、传感器安装位置、安装方式等的差异而失效问题。研究结合高压开关测试仪进行离线测量,并统一时间坐标以获得准确的刚分刚合点作为实验对照。实验结果表明,计算误差控制在1 ms以内,验证了该方法的精确性和实用性。研究工作提供了一种高效、精确的计算方法,为选相分合装置的控制性能优化提供了解决方案。
Aiming at the problem that the contact opening and closing moment of the circuit breaker can not be diretly monitored online in power system
in this paper a method for calculating these moments is proposed based on the composite analysis method of short-time energy and sound pressure. After collecting the vibration signal of the circuit breaker through the acceleration sensor
the sound pressure signal is firstly used to determine the area range of the instant opening and closing operation. Then
the contact openign and closing moments are accurately determined by the first intersection of the short-time energy and the preset threshold. The method effectively solves the problem that the traditional calculation method fails due to the differences in the operating mechanism
installation position and installation method of sensor. In this study the off line measurement is performed in combination with a high-voltage switch tester
and the time coordinates is unified to obtain the accurate contact opening and closing moments as the experimental reference. The experimental results show that the calculation error is controlled within 1 ms
which verifies both accuracy and practicality of the method. The study in this paper not only provides an efficient and accurate calculation method
but also a solution for optimization of the control performance of the phase-selection swiching device.
