柱上开关内部受潮导致绝缘失效是引发设备故障的主要原因,设备受潮后其泄漏电流会增大,并引发电场畸变从而产生放电。为此,文中研制了一种基于泄漏电流和高频脉冲电流联合检测的集成型传感器,针对该传感器的泄漏电流和高频脉冲电流耦合单元搭建了实验平台,研究了其泄漏电流耦合单元的线性度、灵敏度、准确度和重复性,以及高频脉冲电流耦合单元的检测频带和传输阻抗参数;通过同时加载泄漏电流和高频脉冲电流信号的方式分析了二者的交叉影响,进而对该传感器的综合性能进行了评估。结果表明:文中研制的传感器的泄漏电流检测范围为0~12 mA,线性度小于1%,经拟合后分辨率达到0.1 mA,满足电流传感器的线性度误差不超过±1%的标准;高频电流检测频带不低于32 MHz,平均传输阻抗不低于5 Ω;同时施加泄漏电流与高频脉冲电流时泄漏电流测量的最大偏差为3.47%,平均偏差百分比为1.61%,高频脉冲电流测量的最大偏差为9.91%,平均偏差百分比为3.91%,文中开发的传感器能够有效地对泄漏电流和高频脉冲电流进行同步检测,为柱上开关绝缘状态监测提供了技术支撑。
Internal moisture ingress leading to insulation failure in pole-mounted switch is the main cause of equipment fault. Once the equipment becomes moisture
its leakage current increases
inducing electric field distortion and subsequently generating discharge. To address this issue
in this paper an integrated sensor based on the combined detection of leakage current and high-frequency pulse current is developed. An experimental platform is built for the leakage current and high-frequency pulse current coupling unit of the sensor.The linearity
sensitivity
accuracy
repeatability of the leakage current coupling unit and detection band width and transfer impedance parameters of the high-frequency pulse current coupling unit are investigated. The cross influence between the two signals is analyzed by simultaneously applying leakage current and high frequency pulse current signals and the comprehensive performance of the sensor is subsquently evaluated. The results show that the leakage current detection range of the sensor developed in this paper is 0~12 mA
with a linearity of less than 1%. After fitting
the resolution reaches 0.1 mA
which meets the standard that the linearity error of a current sensor shall not exceed ±1%. The highfrequency current detection frequency band shall not be less than 32 MHz
and the average transmission impedance shall not be less than 5 Ω. At the same time
in case of simultaneous application of both leakage current and highfrequency pulse current
the maximum deviation of leakage current measurement is 3.47%
with an average deviation percentage of 1.61%. The maximum deviation of frequency pulse current measurement is 9.91%
with an aver age deviation percentage of 3.91%. The sensor developed in this paper can effectively perform synchronous detection of both leakage current and high-frequency pulse current
providing technical support for insulation condition monitoring of pole-mounted switches.
