随着近年来中国电力系统的持续发展,简化电厂的运行操作、提高机组的可用率以及提高系统安全性和稳定性等问题越来越被重视。发电机断路器的优越性能能够充分满足相关需求,因此逐渐发展成为电力系统中最重要的组成设备之一。发电机断路器具有额定电流大、开断短路电流直流分量高、操作频繁等特点,运行过程中容易出现因设备导体温度过高而导致的故障,严重时甚至引发爆炸事故。文中提出了一种基于红外成像技术的发电机断路器温度监测系统,精确还原发电机断路器导体周围的热场分布,通过数据分析对高温点进行实时定位和温度异常报警,实现发电机断路器故障隐患的及时处理。
With the continuous development of power system in China in recent years
increasing attention has been paid to such issues as simplifying power plant operations
improving generating unit availability and enhancing safety and stability of system. The superior performance of generator circuit breaker(GCB)can fully meet the relevant requirements
thus they have developed gradually into one of the most important components in the power system.The GCB is characterized by high rated current
high DC component of interrupted short-circuit current and frequent operation. During operation
faults caused by excessively high temperatre in the equipment conductor temperature are prone to occurring and
in severe cases
can even lead to explosions. In this paper
a generator circuit breaker temperature monitoring system based on infrared imaging technology is proposed
which accurately restores the heat field distribution around the GCB conductor
and performs real-time location of high temperature points and abnormal alarm of temperature through data analysis so to achieve the timely handling the potential faults of the GCB.
