为适应新型电力系统运行方式快速变化,需要对在线稳控策略刷新速度进行评估。以西北某省级电网为例,利用相关分析法研究了影响系统稳定性的关键特征量,统计分析了典型方式下关键特征量的变化率,以此推算出新型电力系统稳定性最大变化速率,提出新型电力系统在线稳控系统设计方案,评估该方案各环节耗时,得出了在线稳控系统计算速度合理量化指标。
To adapt to the rapid changes of operating modes of new type power system
it is necessary to evaluate the refresh speed of online stability control strategies. Taking a provincial power grid in northwest China as an example
the correlation analysis method is used to study the key characteristic quantities that affect the system stability. The rates of change of these key characteristic quantities under typical operating modes are statistically analyzed
based on which the maximum rate of change of stability in the new type power system is derived. A design scheme for the online stability control system of the new type power system is proposed
and the time consumption of each link in the scheme is evaluated
thereby obtaining a reasonable quantitative indicator for the calculation speed of the online stability control system.
