摘要

绝缘子表面憎水性检测是判断绝缘子性能的主要手段

也是确保绝缘子安全运行的重要保证。笔者结合模糊数学理论

提出了基于统计间隙隶属度函数和关联熵系数分类判定的图像模糊边缘检测模型。该模型较好解决了水珠图像的阴影对面一侧由于水珠透明性造成的边界部分缺失问题

从一定程度上克服了经典的边缘检测方法获取水珠（或水迹）的大致形状信息方面存在的困难

实验结果表明

该算法能够有效地提取出水珠（或水迹）的形状信息

并能够提高后续憎水性图像等级评定的准确率。

Abstract

Hydrophobic measurement is a major way to evaluate the performance of an insulator and ensure its safety.Based on fuzzy mathematics theory

an edge-detecting algorithm is presented in this paper by combining fuzzy membership functions of GAP and relative entropy coefficient classifier.The algorithm effectively deals with the problems of completing the water drop’s missing boundary on the opposite side of the drop shadow.Experimental results indicate that

compared with the conventional edge operator

the proposed algorithm is efficient to extract edge information of droplets（or watermarks） and obtain better performance.
