摘要

为了寻找、开发既经济又高效的技术来处理易挥发性有机物

避免其对人体造成的危害

笔者以脉冲等离子体技术治理二甲苯废气为研究对象

对烟气的湿度、O2含量、其它有机气体的存在和催化剂的使用等影响因素进行了探讨。实验结果表明:在湿度0.5%～7%范围内

增加烟气中湿度有利于二甲苯的去除;在氧气为载气的条件下

二甲苯的去除率最高;烟气中苯的存在

提高了二甲苯的去除率;在催化剂MnO2作用下

二甲苯的去除率得以提高

且降解反应更完全。

Abstract

In order to develop an efficient technology for dealing with the volatile organic compounds

and thus avoiding the harm to humans

this paper investigated the influencing factors on the xylene exhaust treatment with pulse plasma

such as humidity

oxygen content

other organic gases and catalyst in exhaust.The experimental results are as follows: higher humidity in exhaust will benefit xylene removal within the range from 0.5% to 7%;xylene removal rate reaches the maximum value when taking oxygen as carrier gas;benzene in exhaust enhances decomposition efficiency of xylene;the catalyst MnO2 can promote removal efficiency of xylene and make the decomposition more complete.
