通过对整流变压器低压出线板固定低压出线导电排的螺柱焊接结构工装设计和焊接工艺的改进
改变了此类螺柱焊接原来的结构
使此类螺柱焊接既减少了劳动强度、降低了生产成本
又增加了焊接质量
螺柱焊接处再没有出现过渗漏油的现象
提高了整流变压器的整体外观形象。
Abstract
The studs on low voltage outlet block of a rectifier transformer are designed for fixing bus bar.The welding equipment and technique for the studs were improved
and the stud structure was changed in this paper.Thus the labor intensity of welding operation was decreased
