摘要

为查找某厂家变压器在预防性试验中经常出现直流电阻不平衡率超标和将军帽发热的原因

采用排除法和红外线测温技术

结合试验数据

证实该厂家的BRLW-110/630型主变套管将军帽与导电杆接触不良是该缺陷主要诱因

并对主变套管将军帽缺陷进行了分析处理

提出反事故措施。

Abstract

In order to investigate the reasons of fault offen occurs in the transformer often presents during the preventative test

such as exceeding rated value of the direct current resistance imbalance rate and generating heat of bushing coupler

the elimination method and the infrared technology of measuring temperature are adopted.Based on test data

the main inducement of defect is the coupler loses contact with the conductor rod in the transformer bushing type BRLW-110/630.The defects of the coupler are analyzed

and the anti-accident measures are given.
