摘要

论述并强调了高压真空断路器的分、合闸时间和分、合闸速度是两个不同的技术参数

绝对不能用测量分、合闸时间来代替测量分、合闸速度。通过对VSl-12真空断路器结构的研究分析

提出了测量速度的方法。

Abstract

The opening and closing time as well as the opening and closing speed of HV vacuum circuit breaker are two different parmeters.The measurement of the opening and closing time can not absolutely be used to replace that of opening and closing speed.The measuring method is presented upon the study and analysis made to VS1-12 vacuum circuit breaker.
