摘要

本文叙述了快速数字波形记录仪的量化误差和峰值采样误差。介绍了几种动态性能试验方法

特别对有效位（曲线拟合）试验做了详细叙述

并列举了有效位试验的若干注意要点。

Abstract

Dynamic performance is an important problem of fast digital recorder.The paper describes the quantization error and sample error of A/D converters. There are four waveform recorder tests that characterize dynamic performance using sinewave sources. Effect bit（curve fit testing）of digital recorders has been discussed in detail and some important points which should be mentioued with respect to the sinewave fitting techuiqne are pointed out.
