该文对此进行分析

并提出了改进措施。

During a switching course in a certain 110 kV automatic substation

owing to the reason of the design in five protection circuits

which results in the circuit breaker unusual automatic close

the 110 kV system is caused operating abnormally.The problem is analyzed

and the improvement measures are proposed in this paper.
