摘要

文中指出了DL/T 596—1996《电力设备预防性试验规程》在执行中存在的问题及与其他标准不统一之处

并指出由此可能发生诸如同一设备因试验性质及判断标准的不同而得出不一致的试验结论的问题。提出了预防性试验周期、项目以及具体实施的原则和方法

并建议各省（地区）应根据自身实际情况、结合电力行业的发展制定适合本省（地区）的预试规程实施细则

以解决电力试验具体执行中存在的问题。

Abstract

The problems in the standard DL/T 596—1996 Preventive Test Regulations for Electrical Equipment and its inconsistency with other standards are discussed.It is pointed out that for same equipment

different conclusions may be drawn due to different test purposes and judgment criteria of different standards.Consequently

the preventive test cycle and items

as well as the principle and methods for implementation

are proposed.And suggestion is offered that provincial implementing regulations for the standard DL/T 596—1996 should be established according to local situation in order to solve problems in electric power tests.
