摘要

研究LW6-220型断路器绝缘拉杆脱落原因

提出具体的预防措施（绝缘拉杆松动的直接检查方法和绝缘拉杆松动的试验检查方法）

为该型设备能够继续良好的运行提供了强有力技术支持。通过对已经故障的断路器进行理论分析和数据研究

对比还未故障LW6-220型断路器进行分析。得出LW6-220型断路器绝缘拉杆脱落是由材料、工艺、结构以及使用时间引起

介绍了直接检查和试验两种检查方法。LW6-220型断路器由于自身缺陷原因在达到使用年限后会陆续出现绝缘拉杆脱落现象。

Abstract

The failed LW6-220 circuit breakers with falling-off failure of insulation lever are analyzed theoretically

and are compared with normal LW6-220 circuit breaker. Conclusion is drawn that the falling-off failure of insulation lever of the LW6-220 circuit breaker is related to material

manufacturing process

circuit breaker structure

and use time. Moreover

a direct inspection method and a testing method are presented for preventing the LW6-220 circuit breaker from falling-off failure of insulation lever.
