随着中国特高压输电工程的输送容量和距离不断提升,复合高次谐波电流流经换流站中干式空心电抗器所产生的振动噪声问题亟待解决。文中基于场—路耦合原理研究了电抗器的振动和噪声特性,通过建立等效的三维有限元仿真模型,分析了电抗器的磁场、电流、电磁力、噪声分布特点,并与实测结果进行比较,验证了所建模型的可靠性。在此基础上,对不同隔声罩结构的隔声效果进行了仿真分析,结果表明:通过采用金属板、空腔、吸声材料相组合的结构,可以有效改善隔声罩的降噪效果。研究结果为工程上实现电抗器的减振降噪提供了有效依据和参考。
With the continuous improvement of transmission capacity and distance of UHV transmission projects in China
the vibration and noise caused by the compound high-order harmonic current flowing through the dry-type aircore reactor in the converter station needs to be solved urgently. In this paper
the vibration and noise characteristics of the reactor are studied based on the field-circuit coupling principle. By setting up an equivalent three-dimensional finite element simulation model
the distribution characteristics of magnetic field
current
electromagnetic force and noise of the reactor are analyzed
and the reliability of the model is verified by comparing with the measured results. On this basis
the sound insulation effects for different structures of sound insulation cover are simulated and analyzed.The results show that by using the combination structure of metal plate
cavity and sound absorbing material
the noise reduction effect of sound insulation cover can be effectively improved. The study results has provided an effective basis and reference for the realization of vibration and noise reduction of reactor in engineering.
