针对声源设备本体的噪声控制技术近年来获得重点研究,尤其是在电网领域,由于变压器低频噪声影响,许多变电站面临厂界噪声超标风险。文中研发了一种变压器本体降噪用吸隔声装置,首先基于阻抗复合原理,通过微穿孔板、硅酸铝纤维毡的复合,设计了带有中间腔的吸声构件;随后通过橡塑共混工艺,加工了室温下具有阻尼峰值的橡胶,制备了约束阻尼隔声构件;最后,将吸隔声构件复合,定型了变压器用吸声装置,并进行应用测试。结果表明,110 kV50 MVA变压器安装该装置后,噪声声压级由65 dB(A)下降至56 dB(A)。
In recent years,the noise control technology for sound source equipment has received significant research attention,especially in the field of power grids. Due to the influence of low-frequency noise from transformers,many substations face the risk of exceeding factory boundary noise standards. This article develops a sound absorption and insulation device for transformer body noise reduction. Firstly,based on the impedance composite principle,a sound absorption component with an intermediate cavity is designed by combining micro perforated plates and aluminum silicate fiber felt. Subsequently,rubber with damping peaks at room temperature is processed through rubber plastic blending technology,and constrained damping sound insulation components are prepared. Finally,the sound absorption and insulation components were composite,and the sound absorption device for transformers was finalized and tested for application. The results show that after the installation of the 110 kV50 MVA transformer,the noise sound pressure level decreases from 65 dB(A) to 56 dB(A).
