1. Open Access Statement
High Voltage Apparatus flipped to an open access journal in 2024. All articles published in the journal from Issue 1 of 2024 onward are open access works, which are online on the journal's official website immediately after publication and are permanently available to all users free of charge.
Please note that articles published before 2024 are not open access. Full texts of some articles can be downloaded for free from the journal's website. The copyright of these articles belongs to the editorial department of the journal, and all rights are reserved by the editorial department.
2. Open Access License
The journal uses the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, which allows all users to copy, distribute, and use the open access articles published in the journal in any media and format, provided that they follow the terms of the license, including:

3. Copyright Policy
Authors are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement of the journal. According to this agreement, all authors agree to transfer the copyright of the article and its related attachments, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation, and adaptation, to the Editorial Department of High Voltage Apparatus for use. The editorial department has the right to use the transferred content through, but not limited to, the following means: 1) reproducing, distributing, information network dissemination, broadcasting, or otherwise using the transferred content in any existing or future form, format, or medium, including but not limited to CD-ROMs, disks, and the internet; 2) translating, adapting, or compiling the article, as well as creating derivative works based on figures, abstracts, or any part of the article; and 3) authorizing third-party platforms to exercise the above-mentioned rights in addition to the journal’s own use. The term of the transfer is the duration of copyright protection, and the applicable scope is worldwide. 4. Author Self-Archiving
Authors are allowed to store all versions of their articles in an institutional or other repository of their choice. The metadata of the archived article must include the formal publication information of the journal, which should be cited as the recommended version of the record.
5. Article archiving policy
All articles published in this journal are digitally archived, and both printed and electronic versions are retained by the editorial department. To ensure data security, all information and related materials, such as additional information and tables provided by authors upon submission, are also archived by the editorial department. In addition to the official website of the journal, all previously published articles are fully indexed in databases including CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, and China Post Reading. Readers can access the journal's articles online through these platforms.
