在高压真空断路器中,触头结构设计对磁场分布特性以及抑制电动斥力引发的对断路器运行的动态失稳具有关键作用。为此,本研究建立了杯状纵磁触头3D有限元模型,并通过融合支持向量回归(SVR)与麻雀搜索算法(SSA),以触头片开槽长度L1、宽度L2、径向旋转角度θ1、杯座厚度W、斜槽上下旋转角度θ2以及斜槽高度H六个关键结构参数作为输入,以电动斥力F、电流峰值时中心平面有效磁场占比S和过零时中心点磁滞时间t0分别为输出,构建了SSA-SVR高精度预测模型;最后通过NSGA-Ⅲ生成Pareto前沿,结合TOPSIS方法实现参数优选。结果表明:与初始数据相比,参数优化后F从169.91N降低至105.29N,S从53.31%上升至63.07%,t0从1.0233ms降低至0.7899ms
显著提升了触头的开断性能和运行稳定。
In high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers
the design of contact structure plays a key role in the magnetic field distribution characteristics as well as the suppression of dynamic instability triggered by electrodynamic repulsive force on the operation of circuit breakers. To this end
a 3D finite element model of the cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic contact is established in this study
and by fusing support vector regression (SVR) and sparrow search algorithm (SSA)
six key structural parameters
namely
contact piece slotted length L1
width L2
radial rotation angle θ1
cup seat thickness W
slant slot up and down rotation angle θ2
and slant slot height H
are used as inputs
and the electrodynamic repulsive force F
the center plane at the peak of the current The SSA-SVR high-precision prediction model is constructed by taking the electric repulsive force F
the effective magnetic field occupation ratio S at the peak current and the hysteresis time t0 at the center point when crossing zero as outputs
respectively; finally
the Pareto front is generated by NSGA-Ⅲ
and the parameter optimization is realized by combining with the TOPSIS method. The results show that: compared with the initial data
the parameter optimization reduces F from 169.91N to 105.29N
S increases from 53.31% to 63.07%
and t0 reduces from 1.0233ms to 0.7899ms
which significantly improves the opening performance and operation stability of the contact.
