摘要

超声信号测量是气体绝缘设备局部放电的有效在线检测方法之一。光纤干涉仪传感系统具有灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰等优点，适合用于局放超声检测，但易受环境噪声干扰，影响信号测量。本文首先明确了光纤干涉仪超声信号传感原理，在光纤干涉仪中引入了高频载波调制及下变频解调方法，一方面克服了环境噪声对传感系统的影响，消除了相位衰落造成的检测盲区，另一方面降低了系统采样频率，实现了超声信号的实时解调；其次，搭建超声检测平台，验证下变频解调方法的有效性与准确性；最后，基于所研系统在某1000 kV变电站GIS设备上进行现场检测实验，捕捉到局放超声波形，并通过S变换对现场检测中捕捉到的局放超声信号进行时频特征分析，有效区分了局放信号与其他干扰信号。基于高频载波及下变频的光纤超声传感系统为气体绝缘设备局放超声监测提供了一种灵敏可靠的手段。

Abstract

Ultrasonic signal measurement is one of the effective on-line detection methods of partial discharge in gas insulated equipment. The optical fiber interferometer sensing system has the advantages of high sensitivity and anti-electromagnetic interference

so it is suitable for partial discharge ultrasonic detection

but it is easily disturbed by environmental noise and affects the signal measurement. In this paper

firstly

the sensing principle of ultrasonic signal of optical fiber interferometer is defined

the phase change of sensing light under the action of ultrasonic signal is quantified

and the cause of phase fading is analyzed

secondly

the methods of high frequency carrier modulation and downconversion demodulation are introduced into the Michelson interferometer topology

which overcomes the influence of environmental noise on the sensing system and realizes the real-time demodulation of ultrasonic signal. Then

an ultrasonic measurement platform is built in the laboratory to verify the accuracy of the down conversion demodulation method. Finally

based on the research system

field testing experiments are carried out on the GIS equipment of a 1000 kV substation

the partial discharge ultrasonic waveforms were successfully captured. The ultrasonic sensing system proposed in this paper offers a sensitive and reliable approach for detecting partial discharge in gas-insulated equipment.
