摘要

在“双碳”目标下，零碳园区通过节能提效、能源替代、系统协同以及碳管理等多种手段旨在实现园区的能源结构优化升级和净零排放的目标，已经成为推动园区高质量发展的重要方向。同时，随着新能源装机规模扩大以及人们对绿色用能的不断增多，绿电直连作为一种可以实现绿色电力物理可溯源的新型模式，在现在发挥着不可替代的价值。该文首先聚焦零碳园区，先后梳理了概念内涵、核算边界、实现路径以及评价指标；其次总结了园区中综合能源系统中多类能源协同运行的关键核心技术；进一步重点阐述了绿电直连的核心内容、与源网荷储协同优化的内在关联，以及绿电直连落地面临的瓶颈；最后提出零碳园区规划建设与绿电直连模式的发展趋势。

Abstract

Under the“dual carbon”goals

zero-carbon parks aim to achieve an optimized and upgraded energy structure and net-zero emissions through various such measures as energy efficiency improvement

energy substitution

system coordination and carbon management. They have become an important direction for promoting the highquality development of industrial parks. At the same time

as the installed capacity of new energy expends and the demand for green energy continuous to grow

green power direction connection

a new model that allows physical tracebility of green electricity

plays an irreplaceable role today. This paper first focuses on zero-carbon parks

systematically sorting out their conceptual connotations

accounting boundaries

implementation pathways

and evaluation indicators.Then

the key core technologies for the coordinated operation of multiple types of energy within integrated energy systems in such parks is summarized. Furthermore

the core content of direct green power connection， its intrinsic relationship with the coordinated optimization of source

grid

load

and storage

as well as the bottlenecks faced in its practical implementation are described. Finally

the future development trends of zero-carbon park planning and construction and the direct green power connection model are proposed.
