摘要

笔者对一起GIS事故进行了分析

指出GIS中CT气室内包在CT表面的橡胶板质量不好是导致事故发生的直接原因

采用电工纸板对该批产品的所有CT气室内的橡胶板进行了更换。经验表明

生产厂家加强对外购物件的质量控制和检测是解决问题的根本途径。

Abstract

An accident of gas insulated switchgear was analyzed

and the bad quality of the rubber-board on CT surface in CT chamber was found the key factor causing this accident.Consequently

insulating paper was used to replace all the rubber-board in CT chamber to avoid the accident.Furthermore

the GIS manufacturer should enhance its quality control and detection for the components bought from other factories.
