摘要

集中式高压电容分压器电极上的电荷分布易受周围接地物体的影响

导致电容值的改变。笔者介绍一种近年来广泛应用的有限元软件———ANSYS

并利用其对集中式电容分压器电容值的稳定性进行了量化分析。

Abstract

The distribution of electric charge on the electrode of lumped capacitive divider is easly affected by surrounding objects.Hence the value of capacitance might be variable.The ANSYS software-- - being used widely in recent years-- - was employed to calculate the stability of capacitance of the lumped capacitive divider

which shows to be a practical tool.
