摘要

本文介绍一种脉冲功率技术在工业中的最新应用—在坚硬的岩石上钻孔。这种方法不同于以往对岩石进行加工的方法

其基本原理是由于液体和固体介质的动态击穿场强不同

当一高能量短脉冲施加于液体 -固体界面时

固体介质表面比液体更容易发生击穿。这种方法单脉冲最大刻蚀量可以达到 183cm3 。

Abstract

This article introduces the latest application of pulsed power technology in industry—drilling of hard rocks. It is different from the previous process method

the principle of which is based on the difference of dynamic breakdown field strength in liquid and solid material. When a liquid solid interface is applied with high power short pulse

the surface of solid material is broken down more easily than liquid. The maximal cutting amount can reach 183 cm 3 by the new method.
