摘要

讨论了真空灭弧室真空度测量的一般方法及其缺陷

针对现有的脉冲磁控法只能拆卸测量的缺陷

设计了∏形线圈并给出了部分测量结果。

Abstract

General methods and their demerits of pressure measuring for vacuum interrupters （VIs） are discussed. Due to disadvantage of present pulsed magnetion method （have to detach Ⅵ from circuit breaker when measuring）

a Ⅱ-shape coil is designed

and part of measuring results is presented.
