In this paper

the DC resistor voltage dividers with shield resistor have been analysed

a calculating formula of errors has been obtained. Using this formula

the structure and size of dividers can be chosen. Two high accurate dividevs （ 250kA

accuracy 0.1 and 150kV accuracy 0.02 respectively ） were designed and made.
