摘要

本文从理论上和大量的试验中

阐明低温(-30℃)时油断路器的分断能力是不会变化的。同时

提出在试验和运行装配前必须对断路器机械特性进行检测

以避免意外的事故。

Abstract

This article explains that the breaking capabiliting of oil circuit breaker could be unchanged in lower tempterature（-30℃）meanwhile with theory and lots of tests. It is suggested that the machanical characteristic of circuit breaker should be checked before test and service in order to avoid trouble.
