摘要

本文介绍了一个新的描写电弧动态特性的“黑盒”模型和它的两个参数的确定方法。这一模型的特点是它仅基于能量平衡原理

不附带任何假定

因而理论上具有最广阔的适用范围。

Abstract

This paper introduces a new "black-box" model for describing dynamic chracteristic of arc.The feature of model is that it only bases on principle of energy balance and has no any supposition

therfore it theorily has widest application region.
