摘要

电容器保护的配置及整定对保证主设备和系统的安全至关重要。介绍了1 000 kV晋东南-南阳-荆门交流特高压试验示范工程的低压侧电容器接线及保护配置情况

分析和探讨了示范工程低压侧电容器保护配置方案、整定、应用原则及整定中应注意的问题

供同行借鉴。110 kV电容器后备保护的整定在灵敏性和可靠性的取舍等诸多方面存在矛盾

在整定计算时应充分考虑保证电网主设备和系统安全这一重要原则

对后备保护进行合理配置和正确的整定。

Abstract

The configuration and setting of capacitor protection are very important to ensure the safety of power system and equipment.This paper introduces the capacitor connection and protection configuration at low-voltage side of the 1 000 kV UHV pilot project from Southeast Shanxi Province via Nanyang in Henan province to Jinmen in Hubei province.The application principles of the configuration and setting of the 110 kV capacitor protection is discussed in detail.The notable problem in setting of the capacitor protection is also discussed.Since there are contradictions in the balance of reliability and sensitivity in capacitor protection setting

it is suggested to pay more attention to the safety of power equipment in the configuration and setting.
