摘要

笔者对LW13-800型罐式断路器的储能电机控制回路进行分析

结合实际运行情况

指出了其所存在的单相电机运转超时或过热时闭锁三相储能电机控制回路及闭锁后不能自动复归的问题

提出了采用单相储能电机控制回路控制单相储能电机以及储能电机控制回路自动重合闸一次进行复归的改进措施。改进后的储能电机控制回路可有效的提高断路器运行的可靠性。

Abstract

The authors analyze the control circuit of LW13-800 pot breaker motors

and find that fault of the single phase breaker motor results in shutting off the control circuit of three-phase motor without automatic restoration.Therefore

improvement of the control circuit is proposed to solve the problem by adopting single phase motor control circuit to control single phase motor and automatically reclosing the motor control circuit.The control circuit after improvement can effectively enhance the operating reliability of the breaker.
