Eliminating Common-mode Voltage of Cascaded High Voltage Inverter Based on Support Vector Machine
To eliminate common-mode voltage of cascaded multi-level inverter
a concept of left and right legs is proposed according to the special structure of the converter. Each leg adopts 2-level support vector machine(SVM)
and the phase difference between their reference vectors is set 2π/3.As every cascade of cascaded inverter can output 3-level voltages
3-level vectors with zero common-mode voltage are used for modulation. These two SVMs can be smoothly used in cascaded high-voltage inverter via staggered sampling time to completely eliminate common-mode voltage. The results of simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed SVMs.
