Measuring Technique of the Gas Content in Insulating Oil Based on Differential Pressure Sensors
Measuring the gas content in insulating oil is a conventional test items used to identify the quality of transformer insulating oil
this test items is stipulated in GB/T 7595—2008.Traditional methods of measuring are two types of vacuum differential pressure method and degassing of CO2 method. There are many disadvantages that the accuracy is low
operations are complex
and easily to be influenced by the objective human factors
etc.In this paper
a new method of measuring and calibrating the gas content has been pointed out
based on the Perfect Gas Equation and the Differential Pressure Sensors. And then offers the measurement circuit of the ambient temperature
atmospheric pressure and gas pressure. The provided principle of this technique is correct
