摘要

在高压电力电子装置的级联应用中

取能单元的设计是考虑的重点。在晶闸管的高压应用中

对取能单元的研究较多

设计相对成熟。基于全控器件的功率模块（如VSC）的级联应用、取能单元的设计也是重点之一

和晶闸管应用相比

其取能单元需要的功率更大

设计的难度更高

且相关研究见诸报端的极少。笔者列举了全控器件功率模块的几种取能方式

给出了取能原理图

对各种取能方式的特点进行了分析比较。

Abstract

The design of energy-gaining units has attracted more attention in the application of cascaded high voltage power electronic devices.In the high voltage application of thyristors

more attention has been paid to the design of energy-gaining units.For the cascade application of the all-controllable device based powermodules

suchas VSC

the design of the energy-gaining unitis very important.Compared with the thyristor

VSC needs more power for its energy-gaining unit

consequently the design of the unit is more complex.The author introduces several energy-gaining methods of the all-controllable device

offers the schematic diagrams

and analyzes and compares the characters of the semethods.
