摘要

由于制造工艺、维护管理、环境等因素的影响

户外高压隔离开关在运行中存在着诸如驱动电机转动不停、分合闸不到位或阻力大、分合闸时三相不同步、拒合或拒分、主回路接触电阻超标、绝缘子表面闪络等共性问题。这些问题处理不好

将直接影响设备的安全运行

威胁电力系统的安全生产。笔者对高压隔离开关工作原理等一些常识性知识不单独进行介绍

而是直接针对高压隔离开关的上述常见故障进行分析

结合现场处理问题的经验

重点阐述具体的处理方案

并提出预防故障发生的措施。

Abstract

Because of the manufacturing process

maintenance and management

environmental and other factors

outdoor high voltage disconnectors have the following common failures in operation: nonstop rotation of the driven motor;non-correct position of closing and opening or high resistance force;three poles non-synchronism;refuse to close or open;higher contact resistance in main circuit;and surface flashover on insulator.In this paper

the above failures are analyzed;the treatment methods are expounded based on the onsite experience;and some preventive measures are suggested.
